CHECKING THE ODOM-METER

Leslie Odom, Jr., the Tony-nominated co-star of musical-theater phenomenon Hamilton (he plays Aaron Burr), is about to step out with a solo album on Steve Greenberg’s S-Curve. The self-titled set, due 6/10, goes into pre-order on Friday (5/27).

Odom wraps his estimable pipes around “Autumn Leaves,” “Brazil” and other timeless standards, demonstrating an effortless command of pop, jazz, bossa nova and other forms—including Broadway, naturally. Our money’s on this as one of the albums adults go out of their way to find this year.

Odom will appear on Fallon tomorrow night, and will of course feature prominently on the Tonys on 6/12.
