Live Nation chieftain Michael Rapino leads his “November shoutouts” email with a particularly heartfelt tribute. It reads: “A very special thank you to Angelo Gopee (Managing Director, Live Nation France) and his Live Nation France team, Craig Evans (SVP, Global Tour Operations) and the Live Nation Global Touring team working with U2 and Francois Thominet (Managing Director) and the Ticketmaster France team for demonstrating great professionalism and leadership during an incredibly difficult time in Paris following the recent terrorist attack. We are grateful to all of you for your perseverance and look forward to the rescheduled U2 shows in Paris on Dec. 6 and 7.”
