Lana Del Rey's "High by the Beach" is off to a strong start (the recent SoundScan flap notwithstanding), having topped the iTunes singles chart and earning more than 8.5 million video views; you can check it out below. "Beach" is now #2 on Spotify's Global Viral 50 chart and #4 on the U.S. Viral 50 chart.

The seductive track is the first salvo from the siren's forthcoming Polydor/Interscope set, Honeymoon, which is due on 9/18 and has already generated considerable buzz.
