Inside sources say Schoolboy's Justin Bieber will not only drop his new single, "What Do You Mean?," on 8/28 (timed with the VMAs), but that his next Def Jam album is due on 11/13, with title TBA. Bieber has been riding the monster EDM hit "Where Are U Now," on which he's featured, and is experiencing serious renewed buzz. "What Do You Mean?" earned a huge response from programmers at the recent iHeart Summit.
