In Tumblr Note, Megastar Says She'll Present and Party, but Won't Play

Taylor Swift will present the Best New Artist award at the Grammys--and promises to have "dance party/rage fest" in the audience--but, according to her Tumblr,the multiple nomineeThree won't be performing that night, saying she needs to focus on her upcoming 1989 tour. 1989 is due to top this week's HITS Album Sales Chart, and is currently #2 on the iTunes album rundown.
