SMASHING RELEASE: The Smashing Pumpkins’ new, limited edition EP, Teagarden by Kaleidyscope Vol. 1: Songs for a Sailor, can be preordered by fans exclusively at independent retailers on Record Store Day, Saturday, April 17. The EP will be released May 25 through Martha’s Music and Rocket Science Ventures, packaged in a silk-screened wooden box with a four-song CD, a vinyl 7” and a hand-carved obelisk. The only thing missing is Billy Corgan himself delivering it to you. Fans who pre-order the EP that day will receive an exclusive black light poster and a wristband which will let them in to see the Pumpkins’ exclusive performance that night presented by Rocket Science and Amoeba Records Hollywood at Amoeba and Urban Outfitters Space 15 Twenty in Hollywood later that day.
