Bieber on cover of People

BUT HE’S STILL JUST JUSTIN: You know you’ve arrived when they put you on the cover of People. "What I have is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity," says Justin Bieber in this week’s issue, out Friday. "I'm having a blast." In the piece, previewed on People.com, the 16-year-old phenom recounts his rise from YouTube sensation to pop star. "It's like Beatlemania," says the singer's road manager and stylist Ryan Good. "Mass hysteria. Loud screaming, crying, passing out. It's amazing." And yet, through it all, the kid remains grounded. "I still feel regular," says Justin. "You know, sometimes it's weird that I go places and have thousands of people waiting for me, but I always think, 'I'm Justin.'" Who else would he be, Lady Gaga?
