BoDeans vs. the Bomb

BODEANS AGAINST BOMBS: More than 30 years after their manager Danny Goldberg helped organize the famed No Nukes concert in 1979, his Gold Village Entertainment clients The BoDeans have joined Dave Matthews, REM, Macy Gray and Pearl Jam to urge fans to see the new Lawrence Bender-produced, Participant Media film Countdown to Zero, which opened last week, and to support the Global Zero movement to eliminate all nuclear weapons. The BoDeans collaborated with the filmmakers on a video of their new single, “Headed for the End of the World,” off of their album Mr. Sad Clown to promote the film, Global Zero and Participant Media’s Social Action campaign, which can be accessed online at www.takepart.com/zero or by texting “zero” to 77177.
