Madonna at Super Bowl?

MADONNA BOWL? Will Madonna be the featured attraction for the Super Bowl XLVI halftime show at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis? That’s what sports website SB Nation is reporting. The NFL isn’t commenting and Madonna’s rep says there’s “nothing to confirm at this point.” The Material Girl is currently recording a new album with producers William Orbit (Ray of Light) and French DJ Martin Solveig. The goal was to release a new single in the winter, with the album out spring 2012. Last year, the Black Eyed Peas headlined the show, while past halftimes have featured The Who, Bruce Springsteen, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, Prince, the Rolling Stones and, most memorably, Janet Jackson and Justin Timberlake.
