WHO SHE IS: Jason Flom has to be feeling mighty pleased. In a major upset, his Lava/Universal Republic signing Jessie J swept the MOBO Awards in Glasgow on Wednesday night. (MOBO is short for “Music of Black Origin).) The 23-year-old singer, won Best Album for her debut, Who You Are, Best Song for “Do it like a Dude,” Best Newcomer and Best U.K. Act. “I just want to say the biggest thank you to my fans because I watched this last year by myself in my living room and no one knew who I was and now I just won Best Album,” she said while accepting that award. That is epic.” Favorite Adele got only one award—for best R&B or Soul Act. Tinie Tempah got Best Hip-Hop Act, and Rihanna was voted Best International Act. (10/7a)
