RETURN TO VIBE-RATERS: Daniel Glass’ sizzling indie Glassnote Records is at it again, with GIVERS re-entering HITSVibe-Raters tally of the Sweet 16 acts ready to make some mainstream noise. The Lafayette, LA, band, who broke through after being discovered and made an opening by Dirty Projectors, have a rising single, “Saw You First,” from their debut album, In Light.
