VIRAL VIDEO FOR THE WEEKEND: Here’s some seasonal cheer for ya. There’s been plenty of buzz about Scott Weiland’s Atco/Rhino Records holiday album, The Most Wonderful Time of the Year. Here’s the video for the track, “Winter Wonderland.” Weiland claims his inspiration for doing a Christmas album came two years ago when he first performed “Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas,” which is included on this release, on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno. The singer says Frank Sinatra’s legendary 1957 recording of the song, which featured an orchestra conducted by Gordon Jenkins, inspired his take on this sentimental favorite. (11/18p)
