LN confirms Madonna-IGA deal

MATERIAL ISSUE: Live Nation confirmed Madonna’s three-album deal with Interscope in a press release this morning. The first album is scheduled to street in late March, with first single ‘Gimme All Your Luvin,’ hitting the last week in January, just prior to her Super Bowl XLVI halftime appearance on Feb. 5. The release must’ve been leaked to Deadline Hollywood’s Nikki Finke, who laid it out practically verbatim, preceded by her signature “I’ve learned.” The deal, the press release and Finke explain, is one component of a very broad plan (Finke prefers the term “career comeback”) developed by long-time manager Guy Oseary.
