RED ALL ABOUT IT: Tony Bruno has been named EVP/GM of RED Distribution, overseeing all RED operations and working closely with Red Prexy Bob Morelli to provide leadership and vision to the entire organization. “Tony is a multitalented record executive, as well as a person with a great work ethic and high integrity,” said Morelli, who made the announcement this morning. “He was the clear choice for this position.” Bruno joined the company in December 2005, and in February 2007 was promoted to SVP of Marketing. Prior to joining RED, he held similar positions at Razor & Tie and Wind-up. In other moves, Billie Jean Sarullo has been promoted to VP of Marketing, reporting to Bruno, Melinda Caffin has been named VP of Finance & Label Operations, reporting to Morelli, and Jamel Stout has been upped to Director of Finance.
