RADIO PROMOTION: Kim Guthrie has been upped to EVP/Radio by Cox Media Group, the company has announced. Guthrie, named SVP/Radio in 2012, reports to CMG prexy Bill Hoffman; she's served at the company since 1998. In other personnel news, the UMPG intern known only as Skunk-Weed has been promoted to SVP in charge of getting more rolling papers. (5/9p)
