PRESSURE DROP: More controversial than Tiger Woods’ drop at the Players Championship is the fact VH1 honcho Rick Krim is leading the field at his own 2013 Pinehurst Cup tournament in North Carolina, with a four over par after two rounds. Adding to the cries of fix is the occupant of second-place… none other than his co-host, Tarheel native Gus Gusler, sitting pretty with a +6. The rest of the leader board includes Trace Pinchak and Chris Kuehn, tied for third at +8, with Ed Roland and Chuck Borghese sharing fifth at +10 apiece. Lyor Cohen has just rented a helicopter to take him from the sand trap on the 15th to the next hole, having more trouble on the greens than the staff over at Universal Music Publishing. (5/17p)
