RICK HEARTS “ROYALS”: You oughta know that VH1 musical mastermind (and noted duffer) Rick Krim was on hand last night at New York’s Le Poisson Rouge for Lorde’s performance. Afterward, Jason Flom introduced him to the mega-buzzing 16-year-old PoMo wunderkind from Down Under, and she was then kind enough to pose with her biggest American fan. Lorde will bust out her smash “Royals” and other songs from her upcoming Lava/Republic album tomorrow night at the Echoplex in L.A. (8/7a)
