KATY DID (UPDATE): Here's the very latest teaser from Katy Perry for "Roar," which drops Monday. Her "Satin Cape" mini-movie finds her stepping into the studio's vocal booth and meeting the camera's gaze, and ends with a blast of music and an eyeful of the single's gorgeous cover art. As you're probably aware (unless you've been hiding from all media) the single is the leadoff track from the hotly awaited Prism (Capitol), hitting 10/22. So far, the album's rollout has included her stylishly outrageous teasers (the latest follows "Burning Baby Blue," "The Third Coming" and "From a Meow to a Roar") and an intricate social-media campaign, flamboyantly tied in with that giant gold 18-wheeler sporting the album's title and release date, which we told you about earlier this week. Given what she's dreamed up so far, we’ll be watching eagerly for Katy’s next surprise. Keep an eye on this space for updates. (8/9p)
