BALLER: In other music-and-football news, Aftermath/Interscope's Eminem had a halftime show of his own this weekend, joining ESPN hosts Brent Musburger and Kirk Herbstreit for a very odd interview segment midway through Saturday's Michigan-Notre Dame face-off. Though the exchange had its awkward moments ("Brent Musburger IS hip-hop," one wag tweeted), it did give Mr. Mathers the opportunity to tease the new video for "Berzerk." Like the song—the lead single from The Marshall Mathers LP 2, streeting 11/5—the clip is bolstered by the presence of hip-hop trailblazer Rick Rubin and has the pleasingly retro earmarks of first-generation rap. Though the Detroit native didn't have much to say about the Wolverines, Em did share his love for the Lions (but demurred when asked about the likely point spread). (9/9a)
