NASDAQ WARNS ARTISTDIRECT OF POSSIBLE DELISTING

The News Could Be Worse... Nasdaq Could Be Forcing The Netco Through A Delousing
Nasdaq warned ARTISTdirect Thursday (3/8) that its stock may be delisted for failing to maintain a minimum bid price of $1 per share.

In response to the notification, the netco has requested a review hearing with the exchange in an attempt to stay the possible delisting.

ARTISTdirect shares peaked at $12.75 on March 28, 2000, the day of its IPO, and hit a low of 34 cents on Dec. 28. They closed Thursday at 88 cents a share, up 9 cents.
