Regardless of our positions on the issues involved, we can all agree that today's MP3.com/RIAA ruling is historic. But we want to know how our readers feel about it. More specifically, we want your predictions, your beliefs and your ideas about the following:

● Will this mean the end of MP3.com? Will the judge impose severe damages on MP3.com, or will there simply be C&D on MyMP3.com with nominal damages?
