RAPPER RAPS CAR AROUND FENCE

Foxy Brown hospitalized after accident
Hip-hop diva Foxy Brown crashed her 1999 Range Rover around a fence in Brooklyn, N.Y. Monday, crashing through a barrier in the Brooklyn Heights area of the borough.

No other vehicles were involved in the accident.

The rapper—known for her sexually provocative rhymes and style—received a ticket for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and is due in Kings County Criminal Court April 6, according the King's County District Attorney’s office.

The 20-year-old Brown, whose real name is Inga Marchand, was taken to Long Island College Hospital after complaining of neck and arm pain and was released on Tuesday morning.

She was not arrested at the scene, but when police discovered her license had been suspended for failure to pay a fine and for failing to answer a summons on a previous ticket, she was hit with the desk-appearance ticket.

Brown’s most recent album, "Ill Na Na," was released by IDJMG in 1999.
