While filming her latest video in Los Angeles last week, teen pop sensation Britney Spears was injured when a camera fell on her head. Spears received four stitches from a doctor on the set and suffered a mild concussion. After a few hours’ rest, Spears returned to the set and completed the shoot.
This is not the first time the teen queen has suffered a video shoot-related head injury. Spears also hurt her head back in January, during the filming of "Born To Make You Happy."
"These are the times I worry the most," said Lynne Spears, Britney’s mother. "I worry about her pushing herself too hard because she’s a perfectionist. I worry about those freak accidents that seem to occur when you work crazy hours. I worry that her balance has been thrown off by that rack we bought her a few years ago."
Ironically, the video was for the title track to Spears’ forthcoming Jive album "Oops! … I Did It Again!"
