The Pullman Group, LLC, creator of entertainment securitization bonds, closed another eight figure Pullman Bond music royalty securitization with legendary singers, the Isley Bros.--Rudolph Isley, Ronald Isley and the estate of O'Kelley Isley. The group has now joined the famous series of Pullman Bonds that include Bowie Bonds, Holland Dozier Holland (Edward Holland, Brian Holland and Lamont Dozier) Bonds, Ashford & Simpson Bonds and James Brown Bonds. The company provides financing of artist and publishing royalties, allowing the artists to keep 100% ownership of the financed assets. The Pullman Group created the first entertainment and intellectual property securitizations, Bowie Bonds, which resulted in a $55 million private placement secured by the singer's future royalties.
Founder, chairman and CEO David Pullman, describing the strength and security of his bonds, said, "Never have I seen such a bond among brothers as between Rudolph and Ronald Isley, who for six decades as hitmakers have proven over and over they stick together through thick and thin. Their bond is unbreakable. Still, my bond is just one step better, ‘cause I can sue over it."
The Isley Brothers' catalog includes over 50 chart hits and over 300 hit songs, including classics like "Shout," "Twist & Shout," "It's Your Thing" and "Fight The Power."
