Interscope’s DaBaby once again has the #1 record this week with “Rockstar” f/Roddy Ricch. Epic’s DJ Khaled looks to take over the top spot with “POPSTAR” f/Drake next week. Moving inside the Top 5 is Capitol’s Lil Baby with “Emotionally Scarred” and Warner’s Saweetie with “Tap In.” Republic’s Drake leaps inside the Top 10 with “Laugh Now, Cry Later” f/Lil Durk and will be up over 1000 spins yet again! Columbia has a pair of records on fire as Calvin Harris X The Weeknd’s “Over Now” will be up over 800 spins, while 24kGoldn’s “Mood” f/Iann Dior will debut and be up over 400 spins. Look for Def Jam’s Logic to debut with “Perfect,” as well as Geffen’s Rod Wave with “Rags2Riches” f/ATR Son Son, Interscope’s DaBaby with “Blind” f/Young Thug, Warner’s NLE Choppa with “Make Em Say” f/Mulatto and Island’s Skip Marley with “Make Me Feel” f/Ari Lennox.

It was a very active week with four big releases. Columbia sees 50 adds on impact with Calvin Harris X The Weeknd’s “Over Now.” They also got 28 commitments on 24kGoldn’s “Mood” f/Iann Dior. Interscope’s DaBaby grabs 38 adds on “Blind,” while 10K Projects/Capitol’s Internet Money sees 28 stations commit on “Lemonade” f/Gunna, Don Toliver and NAV.

Interscope’s DaBaby holds the #1 spot for the 8th week with “Rockstar” f/Roddy Ricch. Epic’s DJ Khaled moves to #3 with “POPSTAR” f/Drake. Republic’s Drake will also be up and over 1,000 spins again this week with “Laugh Now Cry Later” f/Lil Durk. Columbia’s Jawsh 685 X Jason Derulo continues to grow with “Savage Love (Laxed-Siren Beat),” which is up and over 300 spins. Look for a handful of debuts this week including Interscope’s Lil Mosey with “Top Gone” f/Lunay, Republic’s Amine with “Compensating” and Def Jam’s Jhene Aiko with “BS” f/H.E.R. all jumping on the chart.

Can you believe Summer is almost over? Next weekend is Labor Day and some schools have started in-person and online learning. We ALL know this was a unique summer and I hope everyone was able to spend quality time with family and friends.

Republic’s Davey Dee and Garrett Ream see Drake’s “Laugh Now Cry Later” f/Lil Durk post a 1,335-spin increase, rocketing #33-18 as this week’s biggest increase. It’ll be Top 10 by the time you read my next column. They have Pop Smoke’s “The Woo” f/50 Cent and Roddy Ricch gain 245 spins and move #14-11. Lil Wayne’s “Shimmy” f/Doja Cat enters the Top 25, while J Balvin/Dua Lipa/Bad Bunny “UN DIA (ONE DAY)” f/Tainy moves 8 spots to #28, thanks to a 250-spin increase. Aminé’s “Compensating” misses a debut, landing at #42. They impacted Skip Marley’s “Make Me Feel” f/Ari Lennox last week, moving up 10 spots to #55. They’re also impacting new artist Awgust this week with “Never.”

Over at Interscope, Nino Cuccinello is impacting Tainy & J Balvin’s “Agua.” He also has DaBaby’s “Rockstar” perched at #1 for a 7TH week! Juice WRLD’s “Wishing Well” (Grade A) is up 220 spins, now #19. J Cole’s “Lion King on Ice” is up triple digits and is #27. Juice WRLD’s next track, “Come & Go,” f/Marshmello is #44 and a hit at Top 40! He also impacted Lil Mosey’s “Top Gone” f/Lunay. It’s already #49, up 250 spins and is sure to debut next week.

Columbia’s John Strazza and James White hold StaySolidRocky’s “Party Girl” at #10 this week, up triple digits. Jawsh X Jason Derulo’s “Savage Love (Laxed-Siren Beat)” gains 325 spins, climbing to #20 with impressive streaming numbers. Chloe X Halle’s “Do It” is up 70 spins and continues developing. Be on the lookout for Calvin Harris’ new “Over Now” f/The Weeknd, which drops this Friday!

RCA’s Lori G and Inca have Doja Cat’s “Like That” f/Gucci Mane at #6, gaining 85 spins. They also debut A$AP Ferg’s “Move Ya Hips” at #39 with a 220-spin jump. They’re impacting Mulatto’s “Muwop” f/Gucci Mane this week and it has solid buzz going into impact.

Warner’s B Dot Scales hammers Saweetie’s “Tap In” inside the Top 10 with plenty of momentum. It gains 415 spins and as the remix freshens it up. Look for it to be Top 5 in the next two weeks. YFN Lucci’s “Wet” is still developing. S1MBA’s “Rover” gains 125 spins and continues to buzz. NLE Choppa’s “Make Em Say” is just getting started. Up 145 spins, it’s a few weeks away from a debut. Make sure you spend time with Popcaan’s “Twist & Turn” f/Drake, impacting next week.

Rick Sackheim and Dontay Thompson at Epic welcome DJ Khaled’s “POPSTAR” f/Drake inside the Top 5. He gains another 590 spins and the race is on for #1! DJ Khaled’s “GREECE” also sees an additional 170 spins on his total and sits at #21. Tyla Yaweh’s “Stuntin’ On You” f/DaBaby just misses a debut, coming in at #41 and up 185 spins. They impacted MK XYZ’s “Pass It” last week and it’s just getting started.

Dixie Tipton and Capitol have Lil Baby’s “Emotionally Scarred” picking up steam as it heads towards the Top 5. It’s currently at #7 and up almost 400 spins! Ne-Yo & Jeremih’s “U 2 Luv” comes in at #24, while City Girls “Work” is at #26 and Iann Dior’s “Prospect” is just getting started.
