TAINY RE-UPS WITH SONY PUBLISHING
7/6/22

Sony Music Publishing has renewed its worldwide publishing pact with global hitmaker and Latin Grammy winner Tainy.

Most recently, Tainy produced nine songs on Bad Bunny’s record-breaking album Un Verano Sin Ti, including chart-toppers “Ojitos Lindos” and “Party.” He is currently working on Myke Towers’ upcoming record. His latest cuts also include "Yonaguni” by Bad Bunny; "Ley Seca" by Jhay Cortez and Anuel AA; "Oh Na Na" by Camila Cabello and Myke Towers; and "La Fama" by Rosalia and The Weeknd.

As a genre-leading producer, Tainy's smashes include Latin #1's "Dákiti" by Bunny and Cortez, Kali Uchis' "Telepatía" and Daddy Yankee's "China."

SMP President & CEO, Latin America and U.S. Latin, Jorge Mejia said, “Tainy is one of the leading songwriters, artists and producers in music today. I have seen firsthand how he works with other artists and brings out the best in them, while at the same time adding just the right touch to the production or song to make it a lasting global hit. We are truly honored to have Tainy be part of our Sony family and cannot wait to see what’s next in his stellar career.”

NEON16 CEO Lex Borrero said, “As Tainy’s trendsetting creative vision continues to expand to different sectors of the entertainment industry, we are happy to have partners that understand our vision for his career. Looking forward to continuing to make history together!”
