POLLSTAR TALKS SHOP

Pollstar will host two digital sessions Thursday in conjunction with the trade’s just-published Impact 50 list, which recognizes the live-entertainment professionals currently having the greatest impact on the touring industry.

The first session starts at 11 am PT/2pm ET with a fireside chat featuring singer/songwriter/actress Elle King and her manager, Red Light Management’s Mary Hilliard Harrington in conversation with critic/author/HITS correspondent Holly Gleason. This is followed at 11:30 am by an Impact Agents Roundtable with Wasserman Music’s Marty Diamond, ICM’s Robert Gibbs, CAA’s Carole Kinzel, Madison House’s Nadia Prescher, WME’s Kirk Sommer and UTA’s David Zedeck moderated by Ray Waddell. Honorees this year include the Roadies Of Color United International’s Lance “K.C.” Jackson and Bill Reeves, who for decades have fought for greater inclusivity and diversity in the live industry, Live Nation President and CEO Michael Rapino, CMN CEO Henry Cárdenas, and First Avenue/NIVA’s Dayna Frank.
