SPOTIFY CELEBRATES BEST NEW ARTIST NOMINEES

Billy Ray Cyrus joined Lil Nas X at Spotify's Best New Artists party after finding a valet willing to park their horses.

The eight nominees for the Best New Artist Grammy put their talents on display Thursday night at Spotify’s fourth annual party spotlighting the category at The Lot Studios in West Hollywood.

Billie Eilish delivered a stripped-down performance of “bad guy,” “all the good girls go to hell,” “idontwannabeyouanymore,” “everything i wanted” and “ocean eyes” with her brother Finneas.

Lil Nas X hit the stage performing “Panini,” followed by “Rodeo,” before concluding with “Old Town Road,” featuring surprise guest performer, Billy Ray Cyrus.

Rosalía’s set included her latest single, “A Palé,” and a duet with Ozuna on “Yo X Ti, Tu X Mi.” Lizzo opened the show with a four-song set followed by a three-tune performance from Yola. Black Pumas, Maggie Rogers and Tank and The Bangas also performed.

Among the guests enjoying the evening were Billy Porter, Lewis Capaldi, Bebe Rexha, Noah Cyrus and Pete Wentz.

After recommending the Chablis over the Pinot Grigio, Spotify’s Head of Music Strategy Jeremy Erlich, VP of Global Head of Artist & Label Services Marian Dicus and Chief Content Officer Dawn Ostroff escort Grammy nominee Maggie Rogers to the wine bar at The Lot Studios.

Rosalía brought out Ozuna to duet on “Yo X Ti, Tu X Mi.” For once, we didn’t need Google Translate.

Billy Porter greets Billie Eilish, making The Lot a Billy Club. (Yes, we're groaning at that one as well).
