CHISHOLM TO HEAD MASSEY’S NEW MANAGEMENT OUTFIT

Along with its Work of Art Music Publishing company, headed by daughter Clio Massey, David Massey’s JV with Sony Music is also launching Work of Art Management, headed by Ryan Chisholm, who gets the title of General Manager.

Chisholm comes to Masseyland from the management division of Nettwerk Music Group. The UCLA grad will remain in L.A., where Work of Art Management will be based. Manager Robert Dugan will work with Chisholm.

The artist roster, which presently includes Mike Posner, Wes Period and Milck, will be expanded.

“I'm thrilled to be working with David and Clio, and excited to be participating in the launch of this new artist management venture,” Chisholm said in a prepared statement given to Variety. “I look forward to shaping Work of Art Management into an elite company that prides itself on personal attention, dedication and truly getting into the trenches with our artists.”
