MEGHAN TRAINOR TUNES UP FOR ABC

Meghan Trainor is all about the Record. ABC has committed to a pilot for Broken Record from the Mark Gordon Co. that Trainor is executive producing, along with Danny Rose, Drew Comins and Jenni Ross.

Trainor will also provide original music for the show, which focuses on a superstar girl group that reunites nine years after breaking up. Broken Record tracks the four women as they navigate the music business and attempt to find their second acts.

The project stems from an original idea by Rose (Scorpion, Cougar Town), who also wrote the pilot.
