POST TIME

A brand-new single from Republic's Post Malone, "rockstar," featuring the similarly hot 21 Savage, has flown to #1 at iTunes.

The cut, produced by Tank God & Louis Bell, will grace his upcoming full-length set, Beerbongs & Bentleys. It also promises to be extremely potent on the streaming services, where Malone—widely considered a strong contender for a Best New Artist Grammy nod—is truly a rock star: he's the most streamed new artist, with 3 billion overall streams. His "Congratulations" featuring Quavo has earned nearly 400m streams on Spotify alone and is still burning away on the streamery's U.S. Top 50 and Apple Music's top streamed songs; earlier single "White Iverson" has clocked 334m streams on the Spot. His platinum debut album, Stoney, has been a Top 10 most streamed album for 38 straight weeks. Guest 21 Savage has also been dominating the streaming charts, notably with the aptly titled "Bank Account."

Meanwhile, Dallas breakout Malone just kicked off his sold-out Stoney Tour, with buzzing rapper Smokepurpp supporting.
