Capitol's Vic Mensa, who knocked it out of the park at the recent Capitol Congress, debuts at #9 on Pandora's Trendsetters Chart. Vic's full-length, The Autobiography, is turning heads, and he sees a 70% boost in station adds at Pandora this week.
