GRAMMY MUSEUM BOOKS PORTER

Broadway star Billy Porter, whose The Soul of Richard Rodgers (Bee & El/Sony Masterworks) has brought Broadway to the iTunes R&B Top 10, will do a Q&A and performance 5/15 at L.A.’s Grammy Museum.

Porter won a Tony and a Grammy for Kinky Boots, and starred on Broadway in Shuffle Along and Grease. Grammy Museum Executive Director Scott Goldman will be the evening’s host. Be forewarned: Our own Lenny Beer may again attempt to lead a sing-along of "Surrey With a Fringe on Top."
