FOOS CONFIRM GLASTONBURY

Two years after pulling out due to Dave Grohl’s broken leg, the Foo Fighters are set to headline Glastonbury’s Saturday night Pyramid Stage slot on 6/24. The band’s appearance has been rumoured for a while, and they join Radiohead on the bill; will Ed Sheeran be next?

The news was revealed during a secret intimate show at the Cheese and Grain in Somerset (500 capacity) on Friday night, which was their first gig in more than a year. “Many more surprises” have been promised, and June/July arena tour dates in Hungary, Czech Republic and France were announced today.

July will mark the band's first appearance at the legendary British festival since 1998.
