MAKE DAFT DECISIONS

Columbia's beloved dance duo, Daft Punk, is opening their first pop-up shop in L.A., just in time for The Grammys, where they're scheduled to perform with The Weeknd. The shop will be open at Maxfield from 2/11-19.

According to Rolling Stone, they've teamed up with various designers, including Off-White, Darkdron, Herve Manufacturer and Enfants Riches Deprives, to create "limited edition apparel and accessories." Daft Punk Official Merchandise will also provide special edition items for the store. Aaaand, there will apparently be "a retrospective of archival set pieces, props, wardrobe, artwork, photography and robot helmets" as well.

Robot helmets! We want 'em! Especially if we can rig them with plastic tubing and cup-holders to funnel beer hands-free while they're being worn. Just sayin'.

The shop will be open at the West Hollywood location (8818 Melrose Ave.) from 11am to 7pm on 2/12-19 and noon to 5pm on Sundays (2/11 and 2/19).
