At the iHeartRadio Summit, Republic prexy Charlie Walk chats with Lee Daniels about the primary influences on his hit series Star, which include the original Dreamgirls and Valley of the Dolls. These were of course also primary influences on Walk.

Later, the two attempted to explain to the President who Fredrick Douglass actually was, but he was very busy tweeting about his Apprentice ratings during a conference call on trade with China.
