AMAZON ECHO GLITCH LEADS TO GAGA LEAK

Lady Gaga's highly anticipated new set, Joanne, is due out via Interscope on 10/21. That said, up until very recently, when Amazon Echo users asked Alexa—the system's voice service—to "play Joanne by Lady Gaga," it did just that, instantly presenting 30-second clips of unreleased material.

Once fans caught wind of the situation, the glitch, which apparently only affected the U.S., was quickly remedied, but not quick enough to prevent recordings from circulating online.

According the BBC News, the leaked material included previews of "Hey Girl"—a duet with with Florence Welch of Florence + the Machine—and "Just Another Day," which is supposedly about Gaga's break-up with ex-fiance Taylor Kinney.
