FRANK OCEAN'S ENDLESS WAIT FOR MUSIC IS OVER. REALLY.

After four long years, a mysterious streaming art piece that masqueraded as a countdown to an actual release—but only after a New York Times leak, which ended up being an elegant swerve by Apple Music—Frank Ocean has delivered new music in the form of a longform video with 18 tracks embedded into it, called Endless. It may indeed count as his elusive third album for Def Jam.

The hints came early Thursday: his livestream reactivated in the morning after two weeks of radio silence, and by evening it featured Ocean putting together what appeared to be a staircase in that stylish workroom of his. Except instead of ambient beats playing in the background, we heard actual music this time, playbacks of fully formed songs.

At exactly 9pm PT, Frank climbed the stairs as it was announced that we were watching the "visual album" called Endless, which of course is available now to stream on Apple Music. The video piece is 45 minutes long; the track list and credits are below. A rep for Apple Music said in a statement to “keep an eye out this weekend for more from Frank.” Stay tuned.
