MAPPING OUT A SMOKEY TRIBUTE

Motown legend and Grammy-winning singer/songwriter Smokey Robinson will be honored with the Stevie Ray Vaughan Award on 5/19, in recognition of his dedication and support of the MusiCares MAP Fund, as well as his commitment to helping others with the addiction recovery process.

The event will take place at the Novo by Microsoft (formerly Club Nokia) in L.A. and hosted by Cedric The Entertainer who always brings the party, and iconic actress Angela Bassett will present Robinson with the award.

Special performances are lined up from Andra Day, along with previously announced guests the Backstreet Boys, Tamar Braxton, El DeBarge, Kenny "Babyface" Edmonds and Cee Lo Green.
