Adele's "When We Were Young" (XL/Columbia) is now #1 on Shazam USA Top 100's Biggest Movers list, while Empire of the Sun's "Walking on a Dream"—released in 2009 via Capitol—follows at #2 thanks to a recent sync in a Honda Civic commercial. Kanye's "Facts," which hit Soundcloud on New Year's Eve, rounds out the Top 3. Word on the street has it that his highly anticipated Def Jam set, Swish, is due to appear on 2/11, but nothing has been officially confirmed yet.
Across the pond, Snakehips' "All My Friends" (Hoffman West) reigns on their Top 100. The track is getting major support from BBC Radio 1, where it was just A Listed.
Although David Bowie is not currently represented on these charts, we recently learned that on 1/11—the day after his passing—"Space Oddity" was the #3 most Shazam'd track in the world, his music overall garnered more than 400k+ worldwide Shazams and four tracks were in the Top 20 most Shazam'd.
