Fresh from the news that they'll be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2016, Cheap Trick have inked a deal with Scott Borchetta's Big Machine, with a new album, Bang Zoom Crazy ... Hello, due in April, produced by Julian Raymond.
Borchetta described himself as "beyond proud and excited" to announce the deal. You can read some of that conversation here; Zander says the new album, the band's 17th, is his favorite.
