ARIANA IN "FOCUS"

Star Unveils New Track, Vid and iHeart Show

Republic’s Ariana Grande will celebrate the release of her new single “Focus” with a live concert at the iHeartRadio Theater L.A. that will be streamed live at 10pm EST/ 7pm PST on iHeartRadio.com/HondaStage.

“Focus,” which shot to #2 on the iTunes singles chart behind you-know-who, is the first single from her next album, scheduled for a 2016 release. Ariana and Savan Kotecha wrote the song; Max Martin produced.

In addition, Grande simultaneously unveiled the song's music video, directed by Hannah Lux Davis, on VEVO this morning (10/30; see below).

Via Twitter, Grande acknowledged the nearly 1m tweets from fans announcing the arrival of the track. This morning she wrote, “feeling humbled, excited and grateful. thank y'all sm for your support & excitement!”

An official Ariana Grande Snapchat live story launches today, giving fans a front-row seat through the eyes of Ariana on her launch day. The iHeartRadio performance will be available on VEVO beginning 10/31.

The single follows Grande's first world tour and her new cosmetics ventures with the fragrance Ari and a partnership with MAC Viva Glam.
