Primary Wave announced today they are bringing in veteran exec Toya Hankins, the founder of Project Producers, LLC and manager of platinum selling artist KEM, who was nominated for a Grammy Award this year for his album Promise To Love. In her new role Hankins will also assume management duties for longtime Primary Wave client Eric Benet, who has been part of the PW roster since 2010.
