HE'S GOLDEN

Clive to Receive Order of the Golden Sphinx Award

Music biz icon Clive Davis will receive the highest honor awarded by Harvard University's Hasty Pudding Institute of 1770, The Order of the Golden Sphinx Award, at a gala at NYC's Plaza Hotel on 4/13. The honor recognizes entertainment figures who've made extraordinary achievements to the performing arts.

Prior recipients of the award include Sony Corp. CEO Michael Lynton and film producer David Heyman (Gravity). "It's a true thrill," Davis said of the honor.

"I know originality and wit will be present in abundance; I'm going into training to be a congenial subject. This American institution is so very special and for this 'kid from Brooklyn,' to be its honoree is personally very moving and touching."
