THE SEMIFINAL COUNTDOWN

New Grammy-Night Performers Announced
The latest batch of Grammy performers was rolled out this morning, hitchhiking on Sunday’s CBS promo during the Colts-Pats AFC Championship game, in which Sam Smith, Miranda Lambert, Pharrell and Tom Jones with Jessie J were name-checked. Newly named this morning are John Legend and Common, who’ll reprise their collab of “Glory” from the Selma ST, and Usher.

Interestingly, Smith, Lambert and Pharrell were part of the latest reveal, but Jones and Jessie J were not. The initial round, you may recall, comprised AC/DC, Eric Church, Ariana Grande, Madonna and Ed Sheeran. The next (and presumably final) rollout will contain some big names, including those of Taylor, Sia and Iggy.
