ROGER AND IN: Despite the rumormongering (especially by us), look for EMI Music's Roger Faxon to keep his A&R department close to home by naming the pubbery's Dan McCarroll to the post. The announcement will come tomorrow. Faxon named McCarroll EVP N.A. Creative at EMI Music Publishing last Oct. at the same time Big Jon Platt was tapped as President Creative. (10/5p)
