THE RETURN OF THE DEAN: Legendary, self-proclaimed Dean of American Rock Critics Robert Christgau, whose famed Consumer Guide was unceremoniously yanked from MSN last June, will re-emerge on the site with “Expert Witness,” which is essentially a focused re-launch of his famed record review column, spotlighting two “A” records every couple of days.
