Urie Picks on ISPs

WALKING THE PLANK: UMGD majordomo Jim Urie sent out his annual preview CD sampler, 2011 Jim’s Picks, over the holidays and, as you can see from the artwork, he’s chosen a “pirate” theme to help bring more attention to his Congressional letter-writing campaign, Music Rights Now, targeting the Internet Service Providers, which is about to get resurrected for the new year. The two-CD/one-DVD set includes new music from promising new artists Grayson Chance, Jessie J, Ashton Shepherd, Dengue Fever, Fitz and the Tantrums, Tino Coury, Duff McKagan, Micah Stanley and Baby Bash, among others.
