BORRIS BUMPED UP: Columbia Records VP Top 40 Promotion Jon Borris is upped to VP Promotion by label SVP Promotion Lee Leipsner. Said Leipsner: “Jon is recognized as one of the most effective and widely respected promotion executives in the business. He has been an incredible asset to me and the entire promotion department.
