Meanwhile, when Digital Music NewsPaul Resnikoff tried to subscribe to the trade online at www.magazineagent.com, he was met with the ominous message, “We’re sorry, but subscriptions to Billboard are currently unavailable.” Hey, at least you can still get HITS.
